Beef and Guinness stew

Eddie and I are big fans of Guinness!

It's been gloomy and rainy and chilly since the weekend, and with so much uncooked Porterhouse steak leftover from the BBQ on Friday, what better time to whip up this hearty Irish stew for dinner?



It's pretty easy to make so if anybody wants the recipe, let me know. I use a lot of estimation though, so don't trust my measurements too much! Pandai sendiri agak2 je and just season to taste :)



Alright I'm off to get myself a second helping.
